As the OTT PLS is relatively easy and rapid to install even without a stilling well, it is especially suitable for new measuring sites and for locations where float-operated units aren't applicable for example: - small diameter pipes or holes (from 1')
- stations with sloping bottom, e.g. banks
- waterways that do not contain water throughout the year (e.g. retaining basins or wadis)
