In more than 135 years OTT has become Europe's largest manufacturer of complete hydrometric systems. Today our subsidiaries and representatives in more than 90 countries throughout the world supply efficient solutions in the fields of hydrometry, meteorology and environmental technology. Modern technology and high product quality are the main pillars of our product philosophy - when the company was founded and today. This fundamental philosophy is reflected in our company structure (25% of the company staff are highly qualified employees in the R & D department).The quality standard is confirmed by ISO 9001 Certification and controlled on a daily basis by internal quality control systems.
Since 2002 our company belongs to the Danaher Corporation. Our product range has sensibly been complemented with the high-quality and proven Hydrolab multiparameter sondes, which cover the area of water quality measurement. We are now a strong, reliable and experienced partner for all who deal with the management of water and who need to rely on their measurements – in the filelds of groundwater, surface water and precipitation.

The field 'quantitative hydrology' covers the measurement of water level and flow velocity (discharge). Modern products - leading in measurement technology - collect these parameters reliably in ground and surface water applications. |
Products in the area of 'qualitative hydrology' offer state-of-the-art technology in the water quality measurement of ground and surface water. The newest measurement technology such as the optical LDO measuring method from Hach for oxygen measurement guarantee optimal measurement results with recogonised measuring methods.

The 'meteorology' area offers the latest techonology in precipitation measurement. Products like 'Pluvio' and 'Parsivel' show decisive concepts of collection and classification of precipitation results - recognised and applied all over the world. |
